How do I add my logo to the invoice?
In the "From (Your Business)" section, click "Upload logo" and select an image file (PNG or JPG recommended). The logo appears in the top-left corner of the invoice header and updates in the live preview immediately.
How is the invoice total calculated?
The total is calculated as: Subtotal (sum of Qty × Unit Price for each line item) + Tax (each line item's tax percentage applied to its line amount) − Discount (either a percentage of subtotal+tax or a flat amount you specify). The calculation updates in real time as you type.
Does my invoice data get saved?
Your invoice is automatically saved to your browser's local storage every time you make a change. When you return to the page, you'll see a banner offering to restore your previous invoice. Nothing is sent to a server — your data stays on your device.
Which currencies are supported?
Over 20 currencies are supported including USD, EUR, GBP, VND, SGD, AUD, CAD, JPY, INR, BRL, and more. When Vietnamese Dong (VND) is selected, the format switches to Vietnamese dot-separated notation without decimal places (e.g. 1.000.000 ₫).
How do I choose an invoice template?
Three templates are available: Minimal (clean white with black text and gray lines), Professional (blue header, formal layout — the default), and Bold (dark charcoal header, high contrast). Click the template button above the form to switch — the live preview updates instantly.
